Account Managers

Account manager and clientsTMA prides itself on its after sales support.  This includes the 24/7 Service Centre (1800 222 879) and the highest qualified Technicians in the industry. The biggest point of difference from our competitors is ensuring delivery and servicing our customers' requirements as promised.  Keeping this in mind we assign all our customers their own Account Manager.  This provides all our customers with one point of contact for all their servicing requirements.

Service Engineers

TMA’s Equipment Service Engineers and Technicians are based throughout Australia and are thoroughly experienced in software, parking and security systems. Our specialist Scheidt & Bachmann, Indect and Metric systems Engineers and Technicians have undergone intensive overseas training.  Security and CCTV training is performed at the manufacturers’ premises both in Australia and overseas and is complemented and constantly reviewed through our in-house training facility.

Our fully qualified Engineers provide assistance during the installation and on-going maintenance of the parking and security systems.  At the completion of each project installation our Training Officers provide comprehensive and detailed systems training. They are supported by TMA Engineers and Technicians to ensure your Parking, Security, Guidance and Meter Systems operate smoothly and efficiently from Day One.
